Lauren is a running coach and yoga teacher bursting at the seams with knowledge to share.
She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has been practicing for over 6 years in San Diego, working with all types of clients including members of both the San Diego Padres and San Diego Chargers.
She has been a personal trainer and has coached runners to help them achieve their running and fitness goals since 2007 and began to teach yoga in addition to coaching about a year ago.
Personally, she’s been practicing yoga for 12 years, initially finding it as a physical practice to balance her running, which she has been doing competitively for over 17 years. Her favorite distance is the half marathon (but holds a special place in her heart for the Boston Marathon) and you’ll find her in neon co-leading the November Project multiple mornings per week.
Her half marathon PR is 1:27:38, her full marathon PR is 3:13:48, and she has run one 50k in which she was the first place female.
She is based in San Diego, California but takes coaching clients from all over the country.
